SHR ACHIEVES CMMI DEV – Maturity Level 3

SHR Consulting Group has been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®, CMMI-DEV v2.0. CMMI® is a capability improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood and are described in SHR’s proactive standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The maturity of SHR’s processes reflects incorporation of industry best practices, continuous introspection by our teams, and a commitment of company leadership to identify and integrate best practices. Achieving CMMI-DEV v2.0 Level 3 is a testament to our ongoing and successful commitment to quality. Per our Director of Emerging Technology Matt Ruge, “CMMI-DEV just documents the maturity and level of detail that SHR has always performed at, regarding its development efforts.” We hope to continue proving our standards of excellence through this certification.
