ISO 27001:2013

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organization. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks tailored to the needs of the organization. This designation certifies that SHR information security management system is aligned with industry best practices for the security of sensitive information, business continuity, and risk management.

ISO 20000:2018

ISO 20000:2018 is an international standard for IT service management processes. This designation certifies that SHR processes are aligned with international best practices for the design, delivery and improvement of IT services.

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001 is the international standard that defines requirements for quality management systems, which was last updated in 2015. This certification validates that SHR has documented processes in place to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, as well as processes for continuous improvement.

CMMI DEV Level 3

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for service providers is an assessment program that independently evaluates an organization’s internal processes. This designation independently verifies that SHR has been trained, assessed, and appraised in the areas of product and service development. At maturity level 3, for product and service development, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in our standards, procedures, tools, and methods.

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for service providers is an assessment program that independently evaluates an organization’s internal processes. This designation independently verifies that SHR has the processes and procedures in place to complete projects on time and on budget, with documented best practices in place for work management, process management, service establishment, service delivery and support, and supporting processes.
